TRON Surpasses $30 Trillion in Cumulative Transaction Volume

TRON has surpassed $30 trillion in cumulative transfer volume, marking a major network milestone announced September 23. TRONSCAN data now shows more than 405 million accounts and over 15.5 billion total transactions. The network also reports more than $28 billion in total value locked.

Stablecoin activity remains central to TRON’s growth. The network holds more than $94 billion in circulating USDT, the largest supply hosted by any blockchain. TRON DAO said its throughput, low transaction costs, and liquidity have supported stablecoin transfers, payments, and digital asset activity. Token Terminal data cited in recent reporting shows about $6 trillion in USDT transfer volume on TRON so far in 2026, with average daily transfers around $25 billion.

The milestone comes as institutional access to TRX expands through exchange-traded products and custody services. Meanwhile, TRON’s rising transaction and account counts highlight the growing role of blockchain networks in stablecoin settlement and digital payments.

Why it matters

The milestone underscores TRON's growing role in stablecoin settlement and digital payments. Sustained activity could keep TRX and the network's infrastructure under close market scrutiny.
